Our In-house Functions are available at each of our restaurants all around Brisbane. You’ll be able to book a Bluegrass Barbecue In-house Function in the following locations:
- Albion + 6km surrounds
- New Farm + 6km
- Eatons Hill + 8km
When you book one of our In-house Functions, you’ll get a selection of some of the finest cuts from our menu. If you and your friends love your meat, we are the option for you!
Each Bluegrass restaurant operates a slightly different menu so the In-house Functions will vary. Regardless, every option will incorporate American style Barbecue featuring things like brisket, ribs, and pulled pork, done low and slow, burgers, tacos, burritos, salads, local, imported and craft beers, wines, cocktails and more!
