Your guests will feast on a selection of delicious BBQ meats, handmade sauces, and sides, or order rolls and M.Y.O. Brisket and pork sliders on the day.
Minimum order for Catering menu is $200. 12 hours minimum notice is required, and for larger orders +$500 36 hours’ notice is required, which enables us to prepare and smoke your meats, especially for you.
We recommend 1/3 – ½ pound of protein per person, plus sides to ensure everyone gets their fill.
