When Bluegrass Barbecue began, it had the goal of being the best BBQ restaurant in Brisbane. Delivering high-quality BBQ for over fourteen years now, we think we have achieved that goal. Our most mouth-watering food is something we are very passionate about, and our Pitmasters & Owners Dave, Shane, Phil & Scott, along with all the crew work hard to ensure we offer the finest BBQ around.
We’re currently cooking up a storm at our locations in Albion, New Farm, and Eatons Hill, and are in the process of bringing our Barbecue to even more Queenslanders!
