Bluegrass BBQ Hudson Corner opened in 2013, and our pitmasters have been combining decades of experience in the food industry, with recipes honed over 4 generations and the highest quality produce ever since.
We are modern-day hillbillies who have dedicated our lives to BBQ. This has led to the best BBQ in Brisbane, appropriate for the whole family. We are here to serve the local Albion community and are very passionate about bringing them good food. We also supply delivery and takeaway for pickup to those in proximity.
